• 350g smoked chicken breast, skin removed, finely chopped
  • 2 small celery sticks, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill sprigs, finely chopped
  • 4 slices wholemeal lavash

Preparation

1. Combine chicken, celery, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mustard and dill in a bowl.
2. Spread remaining mayonnaise along 1 edge of each lavash. Spread chicken mixture along the opposite edge. Roll up lavash to enclose filling. Cut scrolls into thirds. Serve.
