<p><strong>Preparation</strong><br />
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove and discard drumettes from chicken. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken, in batches, for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove to a lightly greased baking tray.<br />
2. Top each chicken breast with 2 sage leaves. Tightly wrap 1 bacon rasher around each piece of chicken. Roast, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.<br />
3. Meanwhile, chop remaining sage. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until butter browns. Add sage and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp. Serve chicken with burnt butter sauce and lemon wedges.</p>
