  • 3 1/2 Tbls. vegetable oil – divided
  • 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 4-8 dried red chili peppers – chopped
  • 1 slice peeled, fresh ginger – chopped
  • 1 clove garlic – sliced
